Buying Products

How To Order: 

You can place an order via our Secure Shopping Cart, at any time, any day. You can purchase the goods by using your Visa or Mastercard.  All goods must be fully paid for prior to delivery.

For bulk orders, you can contact us by email to sales@celox.co.nz or by the online contact us form, please indicate a number where we can call you.

GST: All prices are GST inclusive unless otherwise stated.

Addressing: 

If a product is found to be incorrectly addressed by Lion Global Ltd then we will re-deliver the product at our cost or refund the money. If the Customer provided an incorrect or insufficient address, while Lion Global Ltd will make every effort to assist the Customer in correcting the error and receiving the order, Lion Global Ltd will not be responsible and the Customer will bare the responsibility for correcting delivery.

Canceling Orders:

Lion Global Ltd. reserves the right to cancel orders that we believe to be fraudulent or constitute a mis-use or where an error has occurred including but not limited to errors relating to pricing.

Delivery

All items in stock will be shipped via courier within 3 business days from courier pick up. Shipping costs are $5.95.  If your order is delayed, we will notify you and let you know when to expect delivery.  We reserve the right to charge additional cost for large orders. If you need the order urgently, please contact us via email at sales@celox.co.nz or the online contact us form and we will try to accommodate your request.

We make every effort to fulfil any order placed with us, but please note that where an item is out of stock there may be delays while we wait for further stock from our supplier. Lion Global Ltd has taken all reasonable efforts to note on its site any items that are not currently in stock. For items not in stock, please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery.

By placing an order, you agree not to hold Lion Global Ltd liable for any loss or damage directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with any delay or failure to deliver within the estimated time frame.

Returns

Opened Goods are non-returnable. If the product delivered is not what you ordered, and you wish to cancel the order, you will need to return the product via prepaid envelope which we will provide.  We will, at our option, either deliver to you a replacement product or refund to you the price paid.  Any goods returned must be in original unmarked condition and packaging. Goods not returned in original unmarked condition and packaging are not eligible for refund or replacement.
